Recruitment Resourcer

Keenan Rec to Rec has been retained by an outstanding, fast growing agency, for a Recruitment Resourcer.

• Greater Belfast Area
• Full-time, permanent contract
• Monday to Thursday
• Excellent package £26-28k + commission

You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top candidates across a variety of roles.
Working closely with our clients experienced recruitment consultants, you'll build talent pipelines, support ongoing contracts, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Criteria:

• At least 1 years experience
• Working experience of advertising on job boards
• Experience working within Industrial recruitment
• Strong communication skills
